Fall 2024 Events:

November 19th: Relaxation-Station!

When: November 19th, 10 AM to 12 PM – stop by and leave at any time!

Where: Behavioral Science Building, Second Floor in the main lobby area

What: Free coffee/tea and sweet treats, Fun & relaxing crafts and activites, Connecting with Psi Chi and PSA current and future member

Join Psi Chi and PSA anytime from 10 AM to 12 PM for fun, relaxing activites, coffee, tea, and sweet treats! We will be in the BSB second floor lobby. Stop by for some relaxing crafts and activites to take a mindful break during such a busy time in the semester! Also, if you have questions about your Psi Chi or PSA application, stop by for help! 🙂


October 17th: Guest Lecture about Drug-Assisted Therapy

All are Welcome! Join us for the guest lecture and stay to decorate pumpkins!

We are excited to announce our first event of the Fall 2024 semester! 

When: October 17th 2024 4:30 – 6:00 PM 

Where: Biology Building, Room 136

What: This is a two-part event. We will have a guest lecture starting at 4:30 PM by the psychiatrist Dr. Scott Shannon who will be discussing his research with MDMA- assisted psychotherapy clinical research for PTSD patients. 

After the guest lecture, we will decorate pumpkins and go over how to apply for Psychology Student Alliance (PSA) and Psi Chi (international honor society in psychology). 

All are welcome! There is no need to RSVP, just come ready to learn more about the psychology field and connect with fellow psych enthusiasts!
