Psychology Student Alliance Applications:

PSA enrollment is ongoing.

Requirements:

  • No major, class, or GPA requirements
  • We ask that you regularly attend PSA meetings and events

Fee:

$10 CSU Lifetime fee covers your entire time at CSU

Once you have been accepted into PSA, please set up an appointment via email to bring your $10 in cash or check to our office (Clark C 007A) in-person.

How to Apply:

We will send you a confirmation email once you have been accepted!


Psi Chi Applications:

Psi Chi is currently accepting applications. Please check in next Spring 2024 semester. Deadline : 04/12/2024

Requirements:

  • Be enrolled as a major or minor in a psychology program or a program psychological in nature
  • Have completed at least 3 semesters or equivalent of full-time college coursework
  • Have completed at least 9 semester credit hours or equivalent of psychology courses
  • Have earned a cumulative GPA that is in the top 35% of the College of Natural Sciences, which is 3.4 or higher for the 23-24 school year
  • Have a minimum 3.0 GPA average for psychology courses

Fee:

$65 Total

Cost Breakdown: $55 to the national office and $10 in local chapter dues

Once you have been accepted into Psi Chi, please set up an appointment via email to bring your $10 in cash or check form to our office (Clark C 007A) in-person.

How to Apply:

The application process is going to be a two-part process. Please read the full instructions first before applying.

Part 1:

We need to first check your transcripts to ensure you are eligible to apply to Psi Chi. For this, we will need you to submit your unofficial transcripts to get approved.

You can find your transcripts on RamWeb

  • Click the Menu in the top right corner
  • Click “Records”
  • Click “Transcripts/Diplomas”
  • Select “Unofficial Transcript”
  • Click “Print”
  • Rather than printing, you are going to Save as a PDF
  1. Once you have saved your Unofficial Transcript as a PDF, you are going to fill out and attach your transcript to this Google Form
  2. Once you have completed the form, we will evaluate it. You will then get an email from psichi.csu@gmail.com to let you know if you are approved or not to move to ‘Part 2’ and apply to Psi Chi. In that email, it will include further directions to complete ‘Part 2’ of the application process.

Part 2:

After you are approved by our team, outlined in ‘Part 1’, you will apply to the international Psi Chi chapter online. From there, you will pay your $55 fee through their website. After that, you will fill out and submit your online Psi Chi Chapter application (as a PDF) to a second Google Form (which will be emailed to you after you complete ‘Part 1’). The last step will be to set up an appointment via email to drop off your $10 local chapter dues in person at our office (Clark C 007A).
