Psi Chi applications for Spring 2021 will open on Monday, February 1st!
Psi Chi:
Requirements:
Enrolled with a major or minor in a psychology program or a program psychological in nature
Have completed at least 3 semesters (or equivalent) of full-time college coursework
Have completed at least 9 semester credit hours (or equivalent) of psychology courses
GPA of 3.4 is in the top 35% of students in the College of Natural Sciences
Fee:
$65. ($55 to the national office and $10 in local chapter dues)
Once you have been accepted into Psi Chi, please set up an appointment via email to bring your $10 in cash or check form to our office (Clark C 007A) in-person.
How to apply:
The application process is going to be a two-part process.
Part 1:
We will check your transcripts to ensure you are eligible to apply to Psi Chi.
Submit your unofficial transcripts to get approved
Rather than printing, you are going to Save as a PDF
Once you have saved your Unofficial Transcript as a PDF, you are going to fill out and attach your transcript to this Google Form
Once you have completed the form, we will email you to let you know if you are approved or not to apply to Psi Chi, and include further directions to complete Part 2 of the application process
Part 2:
After you are approved, you will apply to Psi Chi, pay your $55 fee online, fill out and submit your application (as a PDF) to a second Google Form, and set up an appointment via email to drop off $10 in local chapter dues in person at our office (Clark C 007A).
There is no deadline for PSA Applications
PSA:
Requirements:
No major, class, or GPA requirements
We ask that you regularly attend PSA meetings and events
Fee:
$10 (THIS SEMESTER ONLY!) CSU Lifetime fee covers your entire time at CSU
Once you have been accepted into PSA, please set up an appointment via email to bring your $10 in cash or check form to our office (Clark C 007A) in-person.
